In 2011 AA Insurance were the winners of the JRA Best Workplaces Survey for large companies. On top of this we were successful in winning the overall best workplace in New Zealand award! AA Insurance is extremely proud of these awards which recognise our focus on staff and a great workplace environment.

Prior to 2011 we were a finalist in our category in 2008, 2009 and 2010.

We regularly seek our employees’ feedback on how they feel about working for AA Insurance.  Their opinions contribute to our strategic planning and their insights help us identify even better ways of working together.

We asked our staff, "What is it that makes this organisation a great place to work?". Here are some of their answers:
