Training and Career Development

We are committed to supporting ongoing learning and development.

This can happen on the job, through one on one coaching, in training sessions, by taking on additional tasks or responsibilities, through role rotations, promotions or transfers within AA Insurance. We have an exceptionally strong record of movement within AA Insurance, giving our staff the opportunity to truly broaden their experience within the company. In-house training

  • All new employees attend an induction programme which incorporates technical skills, systems and customer services training
  • Our in-house training team provide additional product and technical skills training - it’s our way of making sure you have the knowledge base to succeed
  • We also run a series of Leadership and Management modules for our people managers

Career Development

  • We’ll meet with you on a regular basis to review your personal career development aspirations and needs, so you’ll always have a clear view of your objectives and training needs

External Training

  • External training is provided as required to assist staff
  • We will provide financial support for approved exam fees as well as time off for study and exams
