Customer Service Centres

Our two Auckland Customer Service Centres are the stress-free way to deal with any damage to your car. They're available exclusively to you as an AA Insurance customer in the Auckland area. This service won't cost you anything extra - it's just another way of keeping you moving.

Both of our Customer Service Centres are open during the following hours:

Monday - Friday: 7:30am - 6:00pm
Saturday: 8:30am - 12:30pm
Sunday: Closed
