What are my payment options?

At AA Insurance we offer a number of premium payment options to make it as easy as possible for you:

• Internet banking
• Direct debit
• Credit card
• Telebanking
• AA Centres
• Online Renewal Facility

Internet banking

Pay your full annual premium using internet banking with your AA Insurance customer number as the reference.

Select AA Insurance as the bill payee or enter our bank details:

• Account name: AA Insurance
• Account number: 06-0287-0739020-00
• Branch: National Bank, 205 Queen Street
• Reference: your AA Insurance customer number

Direct debit

Set up a fortnightly or monthly direct debit and spread your payments over the year.  Give us a call on 0800 500 213 and we can arrange it all over the phone.

There is a service fee of 10% of the annual premium for fortnightly or monthly direct debit payments.  

Credit card

Use your Visa, Mastercard or American Express to pay your annual premium or to pay by instalments.  Give us a call on 0800 500 213 and we can arrange it all over the phone.

Telebanking

Contact your bank to use telebanking to pay your full annual premium.  All you’ll need is your AA Insurance customer number and policy number - your bank will do the rest.

AA Centres

Pay at most AA Centres nationwide.  You can use our Centre & Repairer Locator to find the AA Centre closest to you. 

Online Renewal Facility

Use your Visa, Mastercard or American Express to renew your policy online.
