What happens at an AA Insurance Customer Service Centre?

If your car is damaged in Auckland, we’ll tow it to one of our Customer Service Centres to be assessed, quoted on, repaired, painted and quality checked – to get you back on the road again as quickly as possible.

But it’s more than just a single point of contact. It’s a centre of excellence: every single car which leaves an AA Insurance Customer Service Centre is individually inspected to see that the repairs are carried out to the highest standards.

And we stand behind all repairs carried out by our approved repairers and we guarantee parts and workmanship for the life of the vehicle – even if you sell it.

Both of our Customer Service Centres are open during the following hours:

Monday - Friday: 7:30am - 6:00pm
Saturday: 8:30am - 12:30pm
Sunday: Closed
