Our performance for 2017 continues to be strong in the home and contents category, receiving five star ratings across all seven satisfaction categories including quality of service, value for money, ease of claim and overall satisfaction.
Canstar Blue is an independent agency that provides customer satisfaction ratings across a wide range of products and services. For this award, they conducted a Customer Satisfaction Survey that involved questioning Kiwis about their satisfaction across a number of areas.
