If you have been in an accident
First, make sure that everyone is safe and out of danger - call an ambulance, the police or other emergency services departments if necessary.
How it works after an accident

Get in touch with us
Once everyone is safe, gather information about the other car involved and the driver's details, registration and contact information. Then give us a call on 0800 500 216 or report your claim online.

We'll take care of the claim for you
If you are responsible for damage to someone else's vehicle or property, we will contact the other driver or their insurer in order to reach a resolution, so that you don't have to.

Why do I have to pay an excess?
Excesses are designed to help keep insurance affordable. An excess is the amount you pay when you make a claim - you pay a contribution towards the claim and your insurer pays the rest.

Scott's story
We put our customers' needs first and pride ourselves on working with them to help eliminate stress and uncertainty.
That's why, when Scott rang us for help when he discovered his mother had been in a car accident, we responded quickly. We towed the car to the assessors and, after it was deemed a total loss, we deposited the agreed value into their account the very same day.
