Multi Policy and AA Member Discounts
AA Insurance identified that some eligible customers may not have received, or may have been delayed in receiving, either a Multi Policy Discount and/or an AA Member Discount.
Making it right
We are now putting a solution in place to apply the correct discounts to all eligible AA Insurance policies going forward and make sure that our customers receive the discounts they are entitled to. We are also contacting eligible customers who have been affected, to ensure their AA Insurance policies are updated and that any overpaid premiums are refunded to them.
We apologise to all AA Insurance customers who may be affected by this error and we want to reassure them that AA Insurance is committed to making things right.

We want to make things as easy as possible for our customers and we will be making efforts to contact all customers who have been affected by this error.
Customers can expect to hear from us over the coming months via letter, email or text. We will provide further information and arrange refunds, including compensation, for eligible customers.
Customers can also review their insurance policy documents or log in to My AA Insurance to check whether an AA Member Discount and/or a Multi Policy Discount has been applied.
