No. From 21 October 2025, our Policy Loyalty Reward will be removed on the renewal of any existing policy.
If you have active policies with us that currently have a Policy Loyalty Reward applied, you'll continue to receive it until your next renewal date unless certain changes are made to your policy as discussed below. Your discount information is shown on the second page of your policy schedule. You'll also find your discount information on the Policy Summary page when logged into your My AA Insurance account.
It's important to be aware that certain mid-term changes to your policy can't be made without a replacement policy being set up. This means that, from 21 October 2025, certain mid-term changes (e.g. changes in payment method or frequency, and cover type) will result in the Policy Loyalty Reward no longer being available. Before making any changes to your policy, please contact us so our team can explain any impacts to your cover and premium in more detail.
