You can choose to receive your policy related communications (including policy schedules) by email rather than by post. By doing this, you'll also receive text notifications that we've sent you an email.
To update your contact preferences on your car, home, contents or landlord policies through My AA Insurance, select the ellipsis next to the policy you wish to update. Select 'Update my policy' and select 'Contact details' to update your email, postal address and phone numbers as well as your preferences in how you receive your policy related communications (including your policy schedules).
If you have more than one policy, you'll need to update each policy individually. For all other policies, or if you don't have a My AA Insurance account, you can contact us to change your contact preferences.
