It's important to ensure your postal and residential address are up to date when you move. This is also a good time to ensure your other contact details, like your phone number and email address, are up to date.
To update your postal address, select the policy you want to update from your policy list, select 'Update policy', and then 'Contact details'.
If you have a car, home or contents policy with us, you must update your address and any other applicable details. For example, you must update where your car is parked and where your contents is normally kept or stored. You can update the address on your car policy through My AA Insurance. Simply follow the instructions in our FAQ How do I update my address on My AA Insurance?
