One event, one excess
If you have more than one policy with us and have an accident, you'll only pay one excess - the highest applicable one.

Towing, storage and transport
If you have an accident and your motorhome is not able to be driven, we’ll pay to tow your motorhome to the nearest place of safety, store it there, and get you and your passengers home.
Damage to someone else's property
If you accidentally damaged someone else's car or property, we'll pay up to $20 million if you're legally liable for the costs.
Damage to your motorhome
If your motorhome is accidentally damaged by you or someone else, we'll repair it or pay you your agreed value to replace it.
Damage caused by an uninsured third party
In an accident with an uninsured vehicle - we'll pay for the repairs to your motorhome up to $4,000.

Motorhome contents
Your motorhome can be a home away from home and we understand that you’ll have some items which are permanently kept in there. If these items are damaged or stolen, we’ll pay up to $3,000 for you to repair or replace them.
Temporary accomodation
If you have an accident where your motorhome is not able to be driven and you can’t get home, we’ll pay up to $500 towards temporary accommodation for you and your passengers.
Excess-free glass cover
You won’t have to pay an excess if your claim is only for accidental damage to your windscreen or windows.

What does Agreed Value mean?
Agreed Value is the amount we have agreed to insure your vehicle for and is set at the beginning of each period of cover. The value shown on your policy schedule is what you will receive if your car is written off or stolen and does not change during this period of cover.
Your Agreed Value is automatically reviewed at each renewal and is based on a figure provided by Redbook, a company that specialises in vehicle valuations. They update us with new values on a monthly basis. They calculate valuations using current market conditions such as sales at auction, dealerships, manufacturers, newspapers and field research. It is important you check the value shown on your policy schedule and discuss it with us if you have any concerns.
Do you offer package discounts?
Yes, if you take out more than one eligible insurance policy with us, you can qualify for a Multi Policy Discount. Depending on when you take out the policies, your discount will be applied from the start date of a new policy or at the renewal of an existing policy.

How do I make a claim?

What if I need insurance for more than $2,000 for my motorhome contents?
If you need more than the $2,000 worth of cover for your contents, you’ll have to either take out or adjust your contents insurance. For more information, see our contents insurance.
