AA Insurance receives top marks in customer satisfaction

Auckland, 10 August 2021 – AA Insurance has taken the top spot in Canstar’s 2021 Award for Most Satisfied Customers in Home & Contents Insurance, recording a 5-star rating in five of seven categories.*

Canstar is a consumer comparison site that provides customer satisfaction ratings across a wide range of products and services, including home and contents insurance. Categories in this survey were: value for money, ease of claim, cost, comprehensiveness of cover, customer service and communication.

Richard Park, GM Marketing for AA Insurance, says the award shows how important the role of every individual and team is to AA Insurance’s overall success.
