We've been contacting customers identified as being due a refund.
To enable us to process your refund, we may have asked you to call us and provide your bank account details.
If your refund is policy related, please call 0800 500 231
If your refund is claim related, please call 0800 500 216
You’ll find our call centre hours at aainsurance.co.nz/contact. It’s good to have either your policy or claim number ready, and you can find this top right of the email or letter you’ve received.

To be confident that what you’ve received is legitimate, check out our FAQ with information about how we communicate with you. We’ll never ask you for passwords, PIN numbers or send you links requesting payments. The collection and retention of your bank account details are for refund purposes only.
