ToyTok Christmas Giveaway – Terms and Conditions

By entering the ToyTok Christmas Giveaway (Competition), you are deemed to accept these Terms and Conditions (Terms).

Promoter

1. The promoter of the Competition is AA Insurance Limited (AA Insurance), Level 4, 46 Sale Street, Auckland Central, Auckland 1010.

Competition Period

2. The Competition runs from 12 December 2025 to 24 December 2025 (Competition Period).

Eligibility

3. To enter, you must:

a. Be a New Zealand resident;

b. Be 18 years of age or older.

4. Employees, contractors, shareholders and their immediate families of AA Insurance Limited, The New Zealand Automobile Association Limited, Vero Insurance New Zealand Limited, Suncorp Group Holdings (NZ) Limited and Suncorp NZ Employees Limited are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter

5. To enter, comment on the official ToyTok Christmas Giveaway post on AA Insurance’s TikTok or Instagram account during the Competition Period.

6. Each comment counts as one entry. Multiple entries are allowed, but excessive automated entries may be disqualified.

Prize

7. There is one (1) Prize consisting of:

• - One (1) $50 Prezzy® card;

• - One (1) old man toy;

• - One (1) tiny beanie;

• - One (1) tiny chair.

8. The Prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.

Winner Selection and Notification

9. All valid entries will be entered into a random draw. Draw will be conducted randomly.

10. The winner will be drawn by 15 January 2026 and notified via direct message on the platform where the entry was made.

11. If AA Insurance cannot contact the winner within ten (10) working days of notification, the Prize will be redrawn under the same Terms.

Prize Delivery

12. The Prize will be couriered to the winner’s New Zealand address within 30 days of successful contact.

General

13. AA Insurance reserves the right to modify, postpone or cancel the Competition at any time.

14. AA Insurance accepts no responsibility for technical issues or delays beyond its control.

15. The Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with TikTok or Instagram. Entrants provide their information to AA Insurance, not TikTok or Instagram.

Privacy

16. By entering, you consent to AA Insurance collecting and using your personal information solely for administering this Competition. We will not use your details for marketing unless you have separately opted in. See our Privacy Policy for details.”

Governing Law

17. These Terms are governed by New Zealand law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
