If it’s time to make a claim, simply call us on 0800 500 216 to get the process started. Our team is available 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday. We recommend having your policy number on hand, plus as much information as possible about the incident you’re claiming for.

Make a payment

Save time by having your policy details on you when you call to pay your premiums. If you can’t find them, that’s OK — we’ll just need to ask a few security questions to verify your identity and protect your information. Setting up a direct debit can make keeping up with your payments even faster and easier.

Update your details

It’s important to notify us if your details change. If you have a new name, address, bank account or other info to share, including changes to your business or its turnover, please call us as soon as you can.

Cancel your policy

Cancelling your policy is easy, just call us on 0800 500 231 with your policy details and the date you’d like your cover to end on. Our team is available 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday. We’ll calculate any refunds you’re owed, or any outstanding premiums you need to pay.
