Change your details

It’s important we have your latest details to make sure you always have the right cover, whether you’ve moved house, changed banks, or now have a child who is learning how to drive.

The easiest way to change your details is through My AA Insurance, but you can also Live Chat or call us on 0800 500 213 and we'll be happy to help.

Depending on how many changes need to be made, if you call us it may take around 10 minutes. Make sure you have your customer or policy number, and any details about the changes ready so we can update your policy straight away.
