Policy Loyalty Reward Refund
AA Insurance has discovered that some eligible customers may not have received or received a smaller Policy Loyalty Reward on their Car insurance than we intended.
We’re making it right.
To make things right, we’ve checked the application of the Policy Loyalty Reward across all eligible AA Insurance Car policies. We’re refunding customers who’ve been impacted by the reward not being applied as we intended. The refund includes any missed Policy Loyalty Reward, plus GST and compensation.
We apologise to any AA Insurance customers who’ve been impacted and for any inconvenience caused.

We’re committed to doing the right thing. Impacted customers who are eligible for a refund can expect to hear from us soon via email, letter and/or text. We’re aiming to arrange refunds, including compensation, as soon as possible after that.
