Canstar is a research company that provides customer satisfaction ratings across a wide range of products and services, including home and contents insurance. Value for money; ease of claim; cost; comprehensiveness of cover; customer service and communication were all categories assessed in this survey. We were delighted to have earnt top marks in most of those categories, including a 5-star rating for Overall Satisfaction!
