If you've been advised or directed by your doctor, midwife or other medical professional not to drive due to a medical condition or recent surgery, we would be unable to provide cover for you under our policies. A surgery may include a hysterectomy or caesarean.
You can find this information in your policy document, under the section 'What you are not covered for', under 'Non-compliance with licence or driving conditions'.
However, once you've received the all clear to drive from a medical professional, this exclusion no longer applies. If you're not sure if it's safe for you to drive, please contact your doctor.
