Adding this optional benefit to your policy means that you'll pay a reduced excess of $100 for claims we accept on your spectacles, sunglasses and contact lenses. This optional benefit applies to both prescription and non-prescription lenses, and only applies if you don't need to claim on any other belongings.

If you choose not to include this benefit on your policy, then the excess noted on your policy schedule will apply in the event of a claim.
