We’ve identified that some customers may not have had their Policy Loyalty Reward applied to their current or previous AA Insurance Car insurance policy as we intended, and we’ve been making things right for these customers. For customers where we don’t have their bank account details, we’re asking customers to contact our team on 0800 500 231, 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday or 8am – 6pm on weekends. If we call you about this refund the call will originate from +64 9 352 6800.
