If you’ve chosen to pay for your policy via direct debit, we’ll send you an instalment schedule. This outlines the details your direct debits have been set up with (for example the account or card details you’ve used), a brief description of your policy and your scheduled payment dates and amounts for your period of cover.
Your instalment schedule doesn’t include any planned re-attempts for missed or rejected payments. If you’ve made a change to your policy, we’ll send you an updated instalment schedule so you can stay up to date with your payments.
