If your policy is being paid on a fortnightly basis, this payment will be added on to the following instalment. If you're paying monthly, this will be added on to your next instalment due. It's important to note that if you miss two payments, or the outstanding premium is not received on or before our second attempt, your policy will automatically cancel.
Rest assured, if this is the first payment you've missed your cover will remain active while we wait to receive your payment.
