You can update your direct debit details for your home, contents, landlord or car policy through My AA Insurance, our online self-service portal. You can find more information, register or login on our website here.
To update your payment details online, simply select the policy you want to update from your policy list, select Update your policy, then Payment details. You'll be shown the current account name and some of the account number that your direct debits are currently coming from. From here, you can select Update payment details to list a new bank account, or debit or credit card for your direct debit payments. It's important to note that if you have more than one policy, you'll need to update each policy individually.
