I no longer want to claim, how do I withdraw my claim?

If you'd like to withdraw your claim, please call us on 0800 500 216 and our claims team will be able to arrange this with you. Alternatively, if you have your claim number handy, you can email us at myclaim@aainsurance.co.nz with your claim number in the subject line.
