If you or someone you know needs assistance in another language or outside of the hours noted above, there's a few ways we can help:
- Call us when you're with a friend or family member who can translate on your behalf.
- You can add an authorised individual to act on your behalf. This means they can contact us even when you're not with them.
- If you're not confident speaking with us over the phone, we're also happy to assist you through Live Chat or email.
