AA Insurance shines at the 2025 ANZIIF awards with multiple wins
AA Insurance has been recognised at the prestigious Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF) Awards, taking home two major honours: General Insurer of the Year and Excellence in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
General Insurer of the Year celebrates insurers that demonstrate strong performance and outstanding service for customers in New Zealand. Judges praised AA Insurance’s exceptional customer focus, community focus, and innovative thinking - highlighting its seamless claims experience, empathetic service, and commitment to doing the right thing.

AA Insurance also won Excellence in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, which recognises and promotes organisational excellence and achievement in diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace and across the New Zealand insurance industry. Judges described AA Insurance’s approach as ‘dynamic, authentic, and deeply embedded in culture.’
