Auckland, 15 September 2016 – AA Insurance has been named as a finalist in two categories of the 2016 New Zealand Insurance Industry Awards.
The company has been named a finalist for Direct General Insurance Company of the Year, and has won this award since 2012. The award recognises general insurance companies that have demonstrated strong performance and outstanding service for their customers.
It has also been named a finalist for Women’s Employer of the Year, with its first-time entry. This award recognises the efforts of organisations that have demonstrated a commitment, and taken positive steps, to improving gender equality and diversity within their company and the industry.

The awards are held by the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF), as a celebration of success across the industry. Winners will be announced on Thursday 10 November.
