AA Insurance announced as finalist for Best Places to Work for the 9th time!

Auckland, 26 September 2016 – AA Insurance has been named a finalist in the Large Workplace Category (400-750 employees) of the IBM Kenexa Best Workplaces Awards for the ninth year running.

“This is a huge achievement for AA Insurance and a reflection of our outstanding culture. The highlight for me is our consistency over the past nine years,” says Chief Executive Chris Curtin.

“I’m incredibly grateful for the time our team has taken to share their thoughts in these surveys – we had an incredible 94% response rate. As a result, we’ve made some significant improvements around the business, and it’s helped make AA Insurance the great workplace that it is.”

The awards are based on employee ratings in a confidential online survey.  This year over 36,000 employees from 210 New Zealand organisations in the private and public sectors participated in the survey.

Fifty workplaces were selected as finalists, 29 of which were new entries. AA Insurance’s 650 plus employees graded their workplace and employers across key categories including leadership, culture, recognition and engagement.  

Winners will be announced on 3 November.
