An authorised individual has the same authority as you, and can act on your behalf for some or all of your insurance policies. They have full access to the records of the policies that they have been authorised for, and can ask about or change your policy or account information. For example, this person could:
- make a claim
- access previous claims information
- cancel an existing insurance policy
- change an address
