How do I cancel my policy?

If you have a car, home, contents or landlord policy, you're able to cancel your policy using My AA Insurance. Simply log in, select the ellipsis next to the policy you wish to cancel, select 'Cancel policy' and complete the requested details.

For any other policies, to cancel a new policy or if you'd prefer to arrange this with a member of our team, please contact us. If you've replaced your car and want to update your cover, we can also help update your policy for you.
